All Orders placed with Outdoor Rascals are FREE STANDARD DELIVERY to UK Mainland addresses (with the exception of the Highlands - See below).  Standard delivery means that we deliver to you within 5 working days of receiving your order.

If you want a NEXT DAY service then we can offer that for just £5.99 to any UK Mainland address (again, with the exception of the Highlands).  For next day delivery all orders must be with us by 1pm.  Anything ordered later will be classified as the following day.

The terms of sale apply to all good supplied by Outdoor Rascals Ltd, registered in England and Wales No. 07798917.

The Description and price of the goods you order will be shown on the Outdoor Rascals website at the point you place the order and will be confirmed at the time of actually ordering the products.  Every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions and prices are correct.  If an error is found we will contact you straight away and give you the option of continuing your order and cancelling.

All of the goods are subject to availability .  If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available we will not charge you and we will notify you as soon as those products do become available.

You have the right to cancel the contract with us, to supply, at any time up to the end of 30 working days after you receive the goods.  Please see our Returns policy for more information on cancelling or returning product to us.
