How do I return an item? Our returns policy is nice and simple making it easier for you to buy from Outdoor Rascals. If you make an error then you can send back the product (See below for details). If you have the receipt and notify us of the error or fault within 30 days then we will arrange collection and replace the product or issue a credit to you for the full amount of the product. If you've lost the receipt you will always be emailed a copy on purchasing the item so simply email that back to us. It is that simple. If you have received a product and it does not fit or you're not happy with the product, but there is no fault, then we will still replace the product or issue a credit to you for the full amount as long as it is notified to us within 30 days of purchase, that you have proof of purchase and that the product is in as good a quality as when you purchased it. We put as much information as possible on line to try and ensure this happens as little as possible. If you exercise your right of cancellation, like this, after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. If the product was a sale or clearance product the length of time given is shortened to 16 days.
In the case of a return on a product which is not suitable or ordered as the wrong price the delivery charge is not credited back and the product must be returned by the customer. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the order, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods (excluding any shipping and handling costs). All goods supplied by Outdoor Rascals are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
